CUTLASS

Hand tools are tools that are easily used with our hands; example a CUTLASS.A cutlass consist of a flat metal blade measuring upto 60cm long and a short wooden or rubber handle. Two main types exist; one has a straight blade while the other is curved. One edge of the cutlass blade is sharp. It is used for bush clearing, for weeding, for felling big trees and shrubs, for harvesting.also use for digging small holes.for a cutlass to stay longer you oil the dried blade before storing for a long time, wash and keep clean and dry it after use..also sharpen and straighten the blade.
